V&A Exhibition
A very very short introduction to post modernism by the V&A. Humorous though as many of the artists featured in the video have no idea what post modernism is - oh how post modern in itself.

That quote from Andrew Logan is brilliant. It just sums up how so many people feel about postmodernism. Is there an actual definition of postmoderism? Or is it just whatever any person thinks at any time. From what I have looked at it seems that people just make things up as they go. I guess thats just Post Modernism...

i dont think anyone knows what it is! it's all really ironic and hilarious how it is a movement but no one has any idea how it came about or what is definition is!
If wikipedia doesn't know then there must be something wrong....
ReplyDeleteIt's almost as if no-one even knew it appeared on the scene. People just woke up one day and it was there. No warning or anything. Has anyone ever admitted to 'inventing' it?
